Building Management Systems (or BMS) are computer-based systems that help to manage, control and monitor building technical services (HVAC, lighting etc.) Using our hardware and software we interconnect heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire production and other technology into one optimized system. The Integrated Building & Energy Management System

We has developed a solution which combines the management of building technology and energy management seamlessly. Qanteon is the basis for economically successful building operation. Large savings can be realized. Qanteon is based on HTML5 and is therefore independent of any operating system or hardware platform. Communication between the Qanteon server and the client is sent via HTTPS so that your data always has optimum protection. Qanteon displays complex information on a simple, intuitive and easy working user interface. Even the most different tasks are handled in a single well- arranged format

Automation Stations & Interconnected Systems

The automation stations DDC4020e and DDC4040e come with a new, intuitive operating concept. With their Qanteon look and feel, the user interface offer optimum operating convenience and high operational reliability. The devices control 4 or 12 DDC control systems and via software object controllers are equipped with trend value memory for up to 100,000 trend points, as well as error message memories, event logging and the ability to forward data to GSM-SMS as well as e-mail. Customer specific plan test may be entered for parameters. Both the DDC4020e and DDC4040e come inherently with BACnet® according to DIN EN ISO 16484-5, BACnet-IP and BACnet MS/TP. HVAC systems of all sizes as well as industry related sectors. LON® solutions are also available. Ethernet interfaces for data transfer using TCP/IP Internet protocols enable solutions in both new and existing networks. The system is mounted on DIN rails within the control cabinet. BACnet device can be connected without the need for additional components. Bi-directional communication is possible with up to 99 DDC4000 devices and is constantly monitored. Everything is adapted to reliable our systems. Remote operation is possible via touch screen panel TPC70, PC’s with a web browser or mobile devices.

Input & output - Compact and Robust

The input- utput modules are used in the DDC4000 automation system to receive signals and to control. Depending on the model, these modules are able to transmit analog or binary data. They have a manual/automatic rotary switch. LEDs indicate status and error signals for all inputs and outputs. All outputs have emergency manual operation. Data is transmitted via CAN bus. Power supply, CAN bus and inputs and outputs are all galvanically isolated.

The Highly Versatile Automation System - DDC4000e

The automation stations with BACnet® communication serve as autonomous stations for open-loop control, optimization, closed-loop control and monitoring functions. They enables customer plain text to be input for all parameters. The DDC4000e family is backward compatible with the DDC3000 automation system and offer constant system monitoring across the bus communication and all connected DDC components. Remote operation is possible via touch screen panel TPC70, PC’s with a web browser or mobile devices. The DDC420 automation station is optimized for BACnet® according to DIN EN ISO 16484-5 and has an integrated web server. The system is operated and visualized via a web browser, separate touch displays and mobile devices. Every automation station has an Ethernet connection.

Touch Panel - Pc Display And Operator Panel

The TPCs (touch panel PCs) are separate display and operating devices for the automation stations. They have a backlight, color TFT touch screen and are suitable for installation in the front panel. An integrated Ethernet interface enables direct communication with one or more automation station.

Bacnet Unitary Automation Controller

DDC-E400 series controllers are designed to operate unitary and terminal equipment.The integrated alarming, scheduling, and trending enable these BACnet Advanced Application Controllers to be powerful edge devices for the modern smart building ecosystem. The factory-supplied programming covers common unitary applications. The controllers feature simple, menu-driven setup choices using an RBW-900 series digital sensor, which can be installed permanently as the room sensor or used temporarily as a technician’s service tool.

BACnet Automation Station

DDC-ME520 series controllers are designed to control building systems and HVAC equipment. The integrated alarming, scheduling, and trending enable these BACnet Advanced Application Controllers to be powerful edge devices for the modern smart building ecosystem. The controllers feature simple, menu-driven setup choices using an RBW-900 series digital sensor, which can be installed permanently as the room sensor or used temporarily as techinician’s service tool.

Room Automation - Simply And Perfectly Controlled

The room control module features buttons and a rotary knob. An LCD display with symbols which were designed according to the “Ambient Assisted Living (AAL)” concept to provide clear visual indicators to the operator. There is also a corresponding sensor in the unit for measuring room temperature. The RBW30x-C has a built-in adjustable weekly program. This can be read and overridden centrally. The module can be used in conjunction with the RCx15x-L and RCx200-L room controllers. The set point adjustment can be reset centrally. The RBW305-L has a built-in adjustable weekly program. This can be read and overridden centrally. For light and sun protection applications, there are up to 8 freely assignable buttons with feedback LEDs for lighting and blind control. The buttons for lighting and blinds can be individually labelled. Up to 8 lighting circuits can be dimmed. Dimming is made possible via the rotary knob.

The Building Manager cumulates all the relevant data from the residential units and visualizes the demands. Based on that data, heat production can be optimized. The Building Manager includes an integrated communication interface to residential management software responsible for monitoring alarms and utility building.

Actuators & Valves System Solution for Room Auto

The changeover ball valve CBV15.20 replaces up to four conventional valves in 4-pipe systems and its compact design makes it perfect for use in combined heating/ cooling ceilings as well as fan coil devices.

Rotary actuator DS5

The DS5 rotary actuator was developed for use with the changeover ball valve CBV15.20 in order to provider precise volume control. With an IP54 rated protection, it can be used even in demanding environments.

The communicative product series brings intelligence from the automation level into the field level. The range of features has been extended for the two actuators. In conjunction with PICVs, the present volume flow can be controlled directly. User can perform the hydraulic balancing from their desks.. Thermal output and energy measurement cab be recorded. The two devices control other actuators, i.e. for the changeover between heating and cooling modes. Both actuators contribute to a reliable system for safety and cost efficiency.
